My Winter Coat

Check out my new winter coat! It is green on one side and orange on the other and I love it!
I usually sport the green side, but am thinking of reversing it and doing orange for Halloween when I'm with the Gruber family. It's pretty cold here -- 20 degrees on the way to work with Mom this morning....BRR! Glad I have this puffy coat to keep me warm. I'm having fun with Mom at work today. As you can see, she brings a lot of toys and things to keep me busy. I especially like when Cody the Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler is here too -- we have so much fun together!
More soon....xo R

Stupid Bermuda...

This is my angry face. I am making this angry face because Mom and Dad are leaving me again! Unfortunately, I can't go on this trip with them like I normally would. They are going to some place called Bermuda which has some strict rules for bringing dogs in. I don't think the hotel would let me stay either. I hate this Bermuda place!!! Anyway, I'll be in great hands while they are gone. First, I'll be staying with Dr. & Susan Gruber, their kids and their dog Rocky (who I know from Walkin' The Dog) for a few days which should be fun. I'll be celebrating my first Halloween with them! I can sport my awesome new coat which is orange...perfect! Then they'll take me to see my good buddies Marisa and Merrill on Monday...YAY! I sure hope Mom doesn't cry like a baby again when she drops me off...how embarrassing was THAT last time?! xoxo Roscoe

Indian Summer

Hi! This weekend was so much fun -- the weather was really nice so I got to spend most of the weekend outside! I was originally supposed to take a ride to Denver to meet up with my breeders, Charlie and Dee who were coming to Colorado, but Charlie got really sick so they couldn't make it. I was pretty bummed...I love them and they took such great care of me when I was there with them (and even before I was born)! Hopefully, we'll be able to see eachother in February.

Anyway, here are some photos from over the weekend. Mom took me on a fun walk on Arrowhead Mountain yesterday to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. We saw a big black dog that we at first thought was a bear! Scary! Then we saw his owner a little bit behind him...phew!

Hey Everyone --- check out my Dad in our local paper, Vail Daily!
Dad and Mom went to this fundraiser for the Eagle Valley Humane Society to help raise money for dogs and cats who are not as fortunate as I am.
They even brought me home an awesome handpainted bowl for my water that they bought...it's so cool! My trainer Mark was at this event too (gee, I wish I was there...thanks a lot guys! I had just a killer time in my crate while you were eating yummy food and drinking wine...). Just kidding, I'm glad that they were able to help out the local animals in need. Oh, I almost forgot...Mom taught me a new trick -- the HIGH FIVE! Video coming soon! xo Roscoe

I heart cashmere

Since it's getting a little bit chilly around here, Mom and Dad bought me this pretty brown sweater to keep me warm! Maybe brown will make me look a little more masculine, now that I have this whole barrette thing working against me in that department...what do you think? Anyway, it's a perfect fit and my harness fits well right over the sweater. Not to mention it's suuuuuuuuuper soft and cozy. I love it and I don't even try to bite on it. :)

Don't I look cute?? I plan on strutting my stuff around Beaver Creek village this weekend. Mom says I'll fit right in wearing my cashmere! xoxo Roscoe

My New 'Do

So my hair is in a weird in-between stage right now. Since it's always falling in my eyes, Mom and Dad have started putting a clip in it to keep my vision clear. I hope that no one thinks I look girly!

My Weekend

This weekend we had some beautiful fall weather. Mom and I took about a 4 mile walk up to Beaver Creek and back. It was really fun! We saw lots of other people who stopped to pet me and ask all about me and lots of people on bikes. I am totally fascinated by bikes...I love to watch them so much! We didn't take any photos on our walk, but here are some cute photos from over the weekend. xo Roscoe

Smart Water

Mom and Dad drink a lot of Smart Water and I get to play with the bottles once they are empty...what fun!

My new toy, The Lunker!

So my Grandma Mary Ann from NY was just here visiting with two of her friends, Chris and Mary Ellen. They came over for dinner one night and I just loved all of that attention! Anyway, Grandma bought me THE BEST toy, called The Lunker. I absolutely love this toy and I especially love when Mom and Dad play fetch with me using my Lunker! I just can't get enough! When I'm tired of fetching it, I like to just chill out and chew on it. Here it is...thanks Grandma! I miss you! xo Roscoe
