Nantucket!

After a few days exploring in Boston, we hopped into a sardine can headed for the island of Nantucket. It's a teeny little place...only 3 miles wide by 14 miles long. I didn't much care for the VERY loud little prop plane. The bright side was that I wasn't shoved under the seat like usual, and I got to stay in my Sherpa bag right next to Mom on the floor. Anyway, once we got to Nantucket, we met up with Aunt Jenny, Uncle Shawn and Juliet who landed only a few minutes after we did. We took a taxi to the house and got settled and everyone else arrived later that day too. Then we had a week's worth of fun in the sun! The house was 3 floors so I really liked running up and down all of those stairs. Juliet is a super fun little playmate too -- we really liked to play together and she would run around with my duck toy while I chased her. I really liked the beach too. I got to go there every day! There were a lot of bunny rabbits that lived in our yard and they were fun to check out and sometimes chase a little. We had a great vacation!!! I love Nantucket and would love to go back there someday soon!

My Boston Bromance

While we were in Boston, we got to meet up with my cute little brother, Apolo and his parents in Cambridge!

What fun! Mom, Dad, and Apolo's parents Kathy and Tim had a nice lunch getting to know one another and were of course singing the praises of their cute Havanese boys. Then it was off to the courtyard to sniff and play! I had such a fun time with Apolo and we all think him and his white feet are just the cutest thing around! We also got some attention from passersby who thought we were super handsome and asked if we were show dogs. I hope that Apolo and his parents come to visit us in Colorado sometime -- he'd love it! Here are some photos of us playing around. And don't you just love the photo of Apolo's Mom Kathy with the two of us....what a lucky lady! xo R

Beantown

Hey Guys...sorry for the lack of blogging! We were on vacation in Massachusetts from 6/29-7/9 and it's been GO GO GO since we got back to Colorado! Anyway, I have a lot more to post -- including a lengthy post about meeting my brother Apolo and his parents while we were in Boston and about our fun time in Nantucket -- but in the meantime, here are some iphone photos of me cruising around Boston! I went to Regina Pizzeria (Mom & Dad loved it!), out to dinner in the South End, to Boston Common, we also went to a somewhat questionable North End drinking establishment that reminded Mom & Dad of the movie The Departed -- but they let me in no problem so they were pretty darn cool, and I also went to Tia's on the Waterfront which was really fun (they loved me there) ...AND I rode the T all over the place! Thanks for showing me and my family a great time, Boston! We hope to come back soon for more pizza from Regina, lobster rolls from Atlantic Fish and cannolis from Mike's Pastry! :)
