Busted!

Here I am at the office, standing on a chair, trying my hardest to get up to where Mom and Rich keep the biscuits for me and Cody! Cody's are the ones in the big yellow bag and mine are in the little purple bag. I'd prefer to have one of Cody's, as they are for big dogs like him and are about 10 times the size of my puny little biscuits!

Tibetan Babies!

In addition to producing fine Havanese pups like myself, Charlie & Dee also breed another fabulous dog breed, Tibetan Terriers. Here is my Aunt Dusty's brood...how cute are they?!

Lunching in Lionshead

Dad, Mom and I all met for lunch today at Moe's BBQ in Lionshead Village in Vail. They both seemed to enjoy their lunches...for my part, all I can tell you is that their tap water is excellent.
Moe's BBQ is really close to the Arrabelle, which is that colorful building that I am admiring to the right of me and Mom. Some people around here call it "plastic bavaria", but I think it's so pretty. I think it's safe to say winter is over...it is 70 degrees and very sunny today :)

Rain, rain....GO AWAY!

Saturday was a yucky, rainy mess...so this is what I did most of the day.

However, things are looking up -- Sunday was really nice (we even took a long walk) and today it was 68!

Woo hoo! Bring on Summer! :)

My New 'Do

Here I am with my summer haircut, courtesy of my pal Chad at Happy Tails Dog Grooming in Minturn, CO. Now, where the heck is summer?!?!

Just a quick note for Mom & Dad...next year perhaps wait until the snow stops falling before cutting off all of my hair...just a thought! BRRR!

Happy 3rd Birthday, Kirby!

I wanted to wish my cousin Kirby a very happy birthday! Here are some photos of me and Kirby from my visit to his house on the New Jersey shore in August, when I was just a little guy. He was great with me...gave me moral support on my first swim, rode with me in the boat, let me play with his toys and chews and was just the best cousin ever!!! Happy Birthday, Kirb! Love, Roscoe

Hotel Monaco Denver

This past Saturday we headed down to Denver for the night and stayed Downtown at the dog-friendly Hotel Monaco. It was fun for me to be in the city, but I got sad/scared when Mom and Dad left me and went out to dinner...and when they came home I was barking up a storm! They could hear me all the way from the elevator...sorry fellow hotel guests! Here are some pics of me checking out our room (pre-freakout). xo R

It's fun to be one!

I got THE BEST toy for my birthday -- a super cool mallard duck that makes a very lifelike quacking noise...it's my new fave! We had a fun night of lots of playing and affection -- Mom even made a homemade cake (um, don't quit your day job, Mom). I don't know what her obsession is with trying to put hats on me, but I briefly submitted so that she could get the photo that she wanted. Here are some photos from last night. xo R

Happy Birthday to ME!!!

Today is my 1st Birthday! I am at Walkin' The Dog today, playing with all my buddies...what a fun way to celebrate! What a year I've had...I'll post more later, but I wanted you to see #1, how many toys I have amassed in one short year (and some of them even got cut out of this photo...wow!) and #2, how big I've gotten! These photos with the fuzzy ball are good for gauging my growth. Gosh, I don't even hump that ball anymore...that just goes to show you how much I've grown up! xoxo Roscoe
